Thien Moc Huong use Sterling silver, also known as 925 sterling silver, is a metal alloy used in jewelry and decorative household objects. Traditionally, it is 92.5% silver (Ag), and 7.5% copper (Cu). Occasionally, other metals account for 7.5%, but the 925 hallmark will always indicate 92.5% silver purity

Also, we use 23K gold to make a charm. 24k gold is also called pure gold or 100 per cent gold. This means that all 24 parts in the gold are all pure gold without traces of any other metals. It is known to be 99.9 per cent pure and takes on a distinct bright yellow color.

Thien Moc Huong has a warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects permanent after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, some example we will give a warranty are:

1. It’s our fault (wrong product, wrong size, missing product, damaged items,…), we will repair or replace your product for free and do not count the shipping fee.

The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Agarwood Maintenance

  • Agarwood must be kept dry. If it gets wet, dry it with a cloth and place in a dry location.
  • Store Agarwood in a glass container and keep in a cool location when not wearing.
  • To maintain the distinct Agarwood fragrance, do not store in a location with strong odours. This may pollute or destroy the Agarwood fragrance.
  • Keep the Agarwood away from cleaning products, such as soap, washing powder, and shampoo. Agarwood’s fragrance can be lost through chemical reaction with these products.
  • Wearing your Agarwood is the best way to maintain its natural condition and fragrance. It is normal for the natural oils created by the human body to slowly change the colour of Agarwood.
  • When Agarwood is worn or carried for a long period of time, the surface will form a natural serum, which may eventually weaken the fragrance. To maintain fragrance, place the Agarwood under your pillow at night or store within a sealed glass container.

Silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. Using a small amount of silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the silver several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.


Silver should be kept absolutely dry. If your silver is used frequently, keep it away from excessive exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-proof cloth such as the flannel pouch or a silver storage box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber causes tarnishing and corrosion.
