PRODUCT WARRANTY

1. Products within 30 DAYS if there is an error caused by the manufacturer THIEN MOC HUONG, or there is an unexpected incident that causes the product to be damaged because of the error of the carrier during the delivery of the order, will apply 1 to 1 exchange nationwide

* Warranty conditions: The product has never been used, is not dented, scratched or broken due to the use of the customer, applies to exchange for a of the same price or a product with a higher price. 

2. Support lifetime to replace stone charm and silver charm with only 50% of original price (not applicable to beads)

3. Warranty PERSONAL change the wire, polish the product (no warranty on gold-related products)

1 for 1 exchange policy within 30 days

1. Steps to change products

– Check the conditions of exchange – warranty above

– Call Hotline to confirm

– Packing the product as before

– Receive new products and make up for the difference (if any)

2. Product exchange conditions

Customers will be able to exchange goods at Thien Moc Huong in the following cases:

– When Thien Moc Huong delivers the wrong color, size, wrong product or the product has an error due to the manufacturer (dented, distorted beads, incorrect charm, …)

– The product still has the Warranty Card intact, not dirty, scratched

– Exchange service only applies to the same product but different color, different size

– You can exchange products of equal value or make up for the difference if you want to change to products of higher value.

– Please keep the Warranty Card to facilitate product exchange.

Note:

Thien Moc Huong only accepts to exchange for other products of the same price or products with a higher price than the product purchased by the customer. For purchased products, please non-refundable.

Except for the cases of exchange mentioned above, Thien Moc Huong does not accept to handle other cases.

3. Product return time

Register for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product (including Saturday and Sunday)

4. Processing time

After receiving the products sent, Thien Moc Huong will check and exchange the goods within 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
